Overall great experience. I had a large and complicated order and they were accommodating. They did a great job sending me pictures to approve during the process before they would move to the next step. There was a slight language barrier where obviously a translation service was being used and a big time difference which led to a little difficulty, but overall it was an excellent experience. Would order from them again. The gift recipients were extremely pleased!

Ordered a custom bobble for our son in law. The process was smooth and if you follow the instructions will be completely satisfied. Communication is through the app and seller is professional. You get progress images that you can approve or suggest changes. We didn't need to make any adjustments because the likeness was spot on. They carefully packaged the bobble with foam/bubble wrap and you can tell they know the issues that can happen in shipping. Can't wait to give them the gift.

Excellent love how it look , the quality and the material feel good , I'm in love with the result . I recommend to everyone is a unique gift ....what I like the most is that they contact you before the final finished

We received this gift well ahead of time. It was very neatly packed. The bobblehead gift was perfect for our anniversary. The owner worked with me throughout the process ensuring we had it right. The owner was very open to suggestions and I appreciate the prompt delivery of the product!

Not a perfect replica but pretty good. Great gift. Thanks!

my son loved it, my grandson found it creepy... looked very much like him. just wished his hair was curly but it was well done.
